Concrete and Asphalt recycling - a powerful, sustainable option
Recycling is a powerful solution for reducing construction waste and preserving natural resources. At Conctractors Recycling, we’ve perfected a process that transforms old concrete and asphalt into high-quality, reusable building materials. Here’s how we do it.

Our process
We begin by collecting clean concrete and asphalt from local demolition projects. These materials are sorted to ensure purity before they move through our state-of-the-art crushing and screening system.

Stage 1: Initial separation & crushing
Pieces of concrete & asphalt are first separated from steel reinforcements and other debris. Once free of metal, the concrete is fed into our advanced crushing equipment, where it’s broken down with powerful jaws and large impactors.

Stage 2: Screening & refinement
The crushed concrete and asphalt is additionally screened to remove finer debris and any remaining impurities. Additional magnets ensure all metal fragments are eliminated, leaving only clean material behind.

Stage 3: Final inspection & sorting
The processed material undergoes a thorough inspection before being sorted into aggregate piles by product type. These materials are then ready for purchase, providing a sustainable option for construction projects.
We are committed to a greener, more efficient construction industry
By recycling concrete and asphalt, we not only divert waste from landfills but also contribute to a greener, more efficient construction industry. Join us in building a more sustainable future—one project at a time.
